LOVE Dr. Lischwe. The reason for only the 3 stars is the office staff. My husband and 2 children are all patients here, and the appointment scheduling has become a nightmare. If not an emergency, it takes well over a month for an appointment. Twice now, once for my son's sports physical and now today for a physical for my husband - the person making the appointment apparently forgot to enter it into the computer, so that we are not on the schedule. So when I called to confirm the time for my son's appt (they don't give reminder calls) I was told he wasn't listed. They were able to squeeze him in later in the week with a nurse practitioner. My husband's appointment today was rescheduled from last month (Sept) because we had a funeral to attend. It took over a month for the first appointment, over a month for this rescheduled appointment, and now they tell us because he isn't on the schedule, he can't get in to see the doctor until December. No one cares if they made a mistake. Dr. Lischwe is wonderful, and the only reason we keep putting up with the office.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
