They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The staff made me feel so unwelcome! They are extremely rude people.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I didn't notice any foul odors.
