I made an appointment for my son that is attending school at WMU. The type of appointment was marked down incorrectly. When my som arrived he was greeted with "it's been a bad morning, you need to wait". They never confirmed the appointment and acted as if they did not want to see him. I got on the phone with them and did not have a better experience. My son left. And we got him into another doctor two days later. One of the worst doctor experiences I have ever had. They made it quite clear they didn't want to see my son; he never even net the doctor . Must be nice nice to have a practice that you can decide when patients arrive for their appointment you can decide if you want to see them.
