I had couple of procedures done by Dr. Lorenzini 15 years ago. One was simple mole removal and the area healed beautifully, there were no traces of cut on my cheek. His sutures were tiny and close spaced. I also had eyelid surgery (upper, lower) and to this day my eyes are looking great. I had an eye doctor made a comment that this work was outstanding. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was really glad that my results looked natural. I've seen other people get surgeries that end up looking completely abnormal, so I was very glad that mine looked totally normal and natural. The only negative comment that I could have ,was his about his anesthesiologist at that time. I felt, he did not pay too much attention to me as a person, never asked some vital questions, etc. No bad side effects though.Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
