I experienced some complications after my surgery, but it wasn't too terrible. It took me a long time to recuperate, but eventually I did. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern once the services were paid for. I do not agree with the way they do business here, I believe the Doctor should have been informed of my concerns and dissatisfaction of services rendered. They definitely weren't interested in dealing with me at my follow up visit even though I indicated I wasn't happy with the results. Excuses were made and they pretty much told me thank for coming have a nice day and made no attempt to get the Doctor to speak with me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time of the actual visit, however, I felt a little pressured to buy products or services as each person who came into my room seem to find something wrong with me that I should consider fixing. I wish they had been a little more professional. I won't be going back.
