They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. This provider does not return calls even for vital dosage issues or vital signs issues.
