I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running a little behind, which wasn't anything to throw me off schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment wasn's started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I have not used their restrooms, unable to go further. Dr. Jacobs always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
