The chairs in the waiting room were somewhat comfortable, definitely not the least comfortable that I've ever seen in a doctor's office! I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments; the wait to see the doctor has always been acceptable. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and Dr. Swan spends the time necessary to address all of my issues; this is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members, as there is a lot of good natured banter that goes on when they aren't really busy (though they still show a good sense of humor when things get rushed, also). The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about Dr. Swan's practice and his patients. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Dr Swan likes to think he is a big bear, but he is a good listener and really attempts to get to the bottom of your health issue.
