Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The entire staff from desk to doctors are friendly and caring. When other doctors don't know dr Dunn will find you problem and provide answers.
