They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Doctor Kennette is our primary but we have pretty much seen the entire practice at one time or another. Everyone at Pondview is great. Dr. Kennette takes the time to understand what we're asking her during our appointment before she gives us an answer. She is very thorough and always gives us all the time we need - we never feel like we have to rush or try to catch her "flying" out of our room. She is wonderful.

They are extremely reliable and usually can find a time to fit us in for a same day appointment. From the moment the kids walk in the waiting room - they feel comfortable and at ease. If you're looking for a Pediatrician - then seriously consider Pond View Pediatrics.
