Dr. And staff were very nice and attentive, the only complaint was that I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr., but had been warned by the staff of that possibility and also from online reviews. Just bring a book.......or 2!

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they never see patients exactly at their scheduled time. The wait is always over 2 hours. I can't count on the to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The doctor always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need, but the staff is horrible. They never return calls, have referrals, medication refills ready on time. You better hope the insurance approves medication because the office staff doesn't feel the importance of calling the insurance company for Medication authorization.
