They didn't help me. Waited for quite awhile while nurse kept asking if dr came in yet. HA!! When he did come he said my back looks pretty clear, he's not renewing epi pen for bee allergy and sent me home!!!! Really??? I was NEVER tested!!! Yet you billed my insurance. Tried to dispute but they believed office. Whatever.... Changed insurance and doctor.

As a professional health care individual, myself, I feel confident that Dr Melamed is the absolute best in the field. He was the 4th doctor that I had gone to who FINALLY was able to put a diagnosis on my symptoms of PIDD, where others were unable and made me feel as though my symptoms were "all in my mind". I credit the fact that Dr Melamed, (even though he has a very dry disposition), LISTENED INTENTLY to me describe "what was ailing me". He did not run me through endless tests but rather used a simple process of elimination to evaluate whether or not my body formed antibodies by giving me a flu shot and testing me weeks later for antibodies. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment. The office personnel in the Chelmsford office, are the kindest, and most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never seemed to feel "rushed through" their office or made to feel as though my questions were juvenile. They are a very competent group.
