I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there, but they were very conscious of my financial situation and found solutions for me that were affordable. I was pregnant when I first saw Dr. Katz, and the level of respect he showed for my concerns, coupled with the fact that he was able to work around my specific situation (no shots, no x-rays, etc.), and diagnose me and achieve getting me pain free really make puts him on the top of my list. Honestly, I would not recommend anyone else.

I am a 28 year old female and I have had my share of intense medical problems, which made finding a doctor to take care of an infection that I waited MONTHS to take care of VERY difficult because of my lack of trust in doctors. I am SO thrilled to say that my experiences with Dr. Katz have been nothing short of incredible. When I walked in and he saw just how bad my foot was, he made me feel at ease, didn’t judge me, and he took his time explaining things to me step by step.

As I stated, I have had my share of medical experiences and I can say that his exam, his procedure, his follow up instructions were BEYOND thorough. And when I say that, I mean that HE, himself, went above and beyond. I had a question a few days after seeing him so I called in just to ask the nurse a quick question…except Dr. Katz HIMSELF got on the phone and addressed all of my concerns immediately. In ALL my medical care, that has NOT ONCE happened to me. Amazing? I think so.

Dr. Katz’s staff is just as fantastic as he is. Their kindness and patience both in the office AND on the phone exceeds all expectations. I am not one to rate doctors on websites, but Dr. Katz? Dr. Katz goes out of his way to make sure that you feel comfortable in everything that he’s doing, and makes sure that you understand how to care for such things further down the road; I am confident in continuing under his care and continue to do so. I have referred several people to him already, and I plan to refer even more…but if you’re reading this, and you’re looking for a doctor who is EXCELLENT at what he does, while at the same time compassionate and understanding of your personal needs? Dr. Katz is absolutely the doctor you need to see.
