I have never seen Dr. Shields himself, but the nurse who treats me is very knowledgeable and not "prescription-happy" - she gave me one only when it was really necessary and gave me tips on how to take care of my skin better (I have dermatitis). Overall, there is nothing super-awesome or bad about this office, but they take good care of you and ask you questions to make sure you're healthy - not just look at your wart/mole/whatever and send you home with a pill.
