They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.


my biggest issue with Dr. Medleys office is that she is never in the country to have her office open. She/ her office never returns calls or answers the phone. If you are 10 minutes late and are standing in her office she so rudely tells you that you cant be seen. Her ONE assistant is rude and unprofessional, shares way to much personal info, if she is having a bad day so wont you, and has no idea what shes doing. Dr. Medley also needs to get a sense of personal hygiene. Not only could she use a ravor and/or wax she needs to remove the facial hair and her leg her if she is going to be in patients personal space. When she is short staffed she has her husband in the office "helping" and he is useless and didnt know what he was doing either. I had tests done and questions about birth control and she gave me a misdiagnosis, when i went to my GYN she gave me something better and agreed my primary (Dr. Medley) should of never given me that. So all in all shes horrible and you are just wasting your time if you can actually get an appointment with her.
