Absolutely the worst unorganized and rude doctors office! My appointment was for 2:30 & I wasn't seen until nearly 4pm. Not once did they bother to inform me they were running late! When I was called in to the examination room I was unable to take my coat off it was so cold! In fact my daughter and I ended had to zip up our coats and put our gloves on. Again we waited, I finally opened the door to try and get some heat from the receptionist office! An aide came in and fumbled with the blood pressure sleeve. She even verbally expressed beig on the verge of tears that day due to stress! Wow! Really? We were finally seen by the physician assistant and he acted as though he was a child as he scooted around on his stool and made childlike sounds as he conducted his examination. Quite odd and embarrassing. The surgeon finally made an appearance and said that by our description we could schedule surgery! Amazing how that was determined prior to any examine. I should have followed instinct and walked out of the office when they demandedy co-payment before even seeing the physican. I would not recommend this practice at all.

I have never seen a doctor. never in his clinic just the name, my wife was only consultative and was attended by an assistant. for earache the insurance was charged over $500 and we are going out of pocket $198, six months later, still fall bills. Clain # 1209030083**,
