If you are really fat you know that it's not a lot of fun. Not only does society give you a prejudiced stare but you are doing damage to your organs and your life as well. And, maybe you are not able to enjoy the time with your family like you should either because of lack of mobility or lack of energy. But, it may not be your fault!
