Sexless marriage

There are many couples who lack passion in their marriage and have a break down in the basic communication with their spouse. When a couple forgets to communicate and assumes that their spouse has become a mind reader then the marriage is in trouble. One of the biggest problems in marriages today is the fact that couples forget to date each other and the marriage is taken for granted. When this happens often times it plays out in the bedroom and many couples have a sexless marriage or very little sex in the marriage at all. There is a big taboo when it comes to this subject and so many people are depressed and upset but feel like they are alone with is no one to talk to. Many times this can lead to an affair or divorce.
When couples can learn to communicate their feeling to one another than the intimacy in the marriage with their spouse will increase. Hiding or being ashamed of the lack of sex in the relationship will only make matters worse. The best approach is to start from the basics and begin to date your spouse again. Spend quality time alone, go out to dinner, take walks again and discover why you fell in love with that person to begin with. Living in a sexless marriage is not the answer, sex is a part of marriage that is sacred and will help to strengthen the bond for years to come.
