Pain Relief and the naturally therapeutic healing power of Water

Muscle and Joint Pain? Do you feel...Sore? Painful? Tense? Stiff?

How Much Water Are You Drinking?

Nutritionists have been claiming that as many as millions of Americans are living in a state of chronic dehydration.

At the same time, there is no shortage of Americans in pain. We tell the doctors that our pain is from an accident, an injury, something we did.
Some pain comes from play, like sports. Other pain comes from work, like heavy lifting or inactive desk-work and computer staleness. Or our hobbies give us pain, like knitting, gardening, and playing music.

No matter where we claim that pain comes from, how many of us consider drinking pure water as a form of pain treatment?
Mild dehydration can affect your physical condition dramatically. Dehydration can lead to muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and arthritis-like symptoms. Our moods and energy can be negatively impacted by dehydration. We may feel fatigue, irritability, easily distracted, and lacking mental focus, when our bodies need water.

Americans are consuming soda in epidemic amounts. A simple cup o' joe has evolved into grande skinny lattes and iced nutty frappuccinos.
Our choices for beverage consumption are astounding, and horrible.

The next time your muscles and joints ache, give you pain, or otherwise feel older than you should, consider how much pure, plain water you are drinking every day. Reduce other drinks, such as ultra-deluxe coffees, sugary energy drinks and smoothies with 1,000+ calories.
