In my personal experience, my own determination and willingness to live a healthy life assisted me to become a healthy person.
I was diagnosed with Lupus eritematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjoegren syndrome (all autoimmune diseases) at age 19. Since the recovery of my health I have not solicited a Doctor's assistance.
