It can be hard to focus at times. Sometimes you can't help that your child is hyper. But before you decide to do something out the ordinary please proceed to read my blog.
ADHD many parents hate that word. Many parents might feel that they have no way out on how to help their child. There are several things you can do naturally to calm your child down.
Limit sugary foods.
Instead give the child walnuts, cranberries, blueberries, etc. All naturally sweet snacks, and not processed.
Keep the child busy, and occupied, make it into a game for him/ her.
Have your child run around outside to help rid of excess energy.
Attention is the key try to spend as much time with the child as possible.
Classical music may calm your child as well.
