i am a 34 year old male that suffers from back pain do to bulging disks in my L4/L5 AND L6 I have been om pain meds for a few years and has worked out <url removed> i was concidering surgery but they say ther is nothing they can do. and the pain is unmanagebile without meds so i guese this my life Iwas a great snoboarder by by to that only thing that gives me relief is if i lay down all day ..What i live thate is...
