I quit smoking and started exercising as a New years resolution in 1994. Over the years I gained 46 pounds. during a visit with my doctore a few years ago he suggested that I lose some weight, 180 is what he said I should weigh. So I increased my mieage on the treadmill from 2 miles to 5, 4-6 days a week, after 4 months I lost over 40 pounds and hope I never ever find it. When I went back to the doctors I weighed 172 lbs, he was very surprised
