Becky was born and raised in California where she developed a deep passion for nature, gardening, nutrition and family wellness. After witnessing natural water child birth at the ripe young age of 8 it began her deep love for childbirth. She has experience as Doula formly trained by the DONA (Doulas of North America) and she felt such an honor to attend births. Becky had ambition to pursue a career as a Nurse Midwife back in 2000. She discovered the vast, endless benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by her First Acupuncturist the successful Dr. Gerie Keh LAc OMD ; for whom she worked for three years which ultimately became her inspiration to further pursue a career in Oriental Medicine. She has been in love with the profession ever since and has received great inspiration also from Dr.Mikio Sankey LAc PhD her beloved Acupuncturist.

Becky has been receiving acupuncture consistently for over 13 years now and is a mother of two son’s whom in which were both natural home-birth’s. Becky attended Yo San University located in Los Angeles, which is one of the nation’s leading Chinese Medical Graduate (4 Year) programs, founded by eminent 38th generation Doctors Daoshing and Maoshing Ni. Becky has well over 3,000 hours of clinical experience at Yo San University Community Clinic, externships such as Venice Family Clinic and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She graduated with a Masters of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine , is licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine by the California Acupuncture Board. She is a Candidacy for the Diplomate of Oriental Medicine is a practitioner who is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM®) NCCAOM certification indicates to employers, patients, and peers that one has met national standards for the safe and competent practice of acupuncture and Chinese herbology as defined by the Acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) profession.
