I am a triple-certified Hatha yoga teacher residing in Bergen County. My style of teaching is classical eclectic Hatha yoga with Iyengar (alignment) and vinyasa (flow) influences. I am particularly passionate about working with those with disabilities including back and neck pain, arthritis and CP.
