Dr. Marcus Waters was born and raised in Truckee, California. He was accepted to Palmer Chiropractic College West in San Jose, California, where he excelled in his classes. So much so, that he was selected for an internship with the Navy at the Lemoore Naval Air Station. Dr. Waters has also visited the country of Honduras, where he provided medical assistance for local hospitals, orphanages, and small rural villages. After his graduation in 2012 he returned to his home town, Truckee California.
