Taryn Clawson

I assist women and laboring couples with all different birth goals. From intervention free births to births that use epidural relief to Cesarean births and everything in between. We all have different backgrounds, motivations and needs. It is my job to encourage, educate and support- never to pass judgement. My only goal is to help you achieve what you see as your ideal labor and recovery.
I specialize in helping the expectant father to feel safe and relaxed. I never take the father’s place-I am his assistant. By example I show the different physical and emotional comfort tools that most benefit the laboring woman. I am by your side the entire labor to comfort, teach and answer questions the two of you will have.
The strength and power to bring a baby into this world is within each of us. I am a coach, a counselor, an assistant, an educator, a confidante. I am a doula.
