Fuyiu Yip,

Fuyiu Yip,
During my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I felt as if a piece of Chinese Medicine was missing. It was not until I met an individual who introduced me to Classical True Acupuncture, as outlined in the works of George Soulie de Morant, that I realized that Classical True Acupuncture filled in the missing piece that TCM did not address - the truly individualistic approach in treating someones health concerns. For me, it was how I had imagined acupuncture to be used - it is a "truer" root form of acupuncture than TCM, which has evolved into a more standardized & herbalized form of acupuncture (when TCM came about after the Cultural Revolution in China).

Classical True Acupuncture relies on detailed pulse taking & precise point location to maximize therapeutic results with minimal number of needles and treatments. With this style, treatments are only as needed and as indicated by the pulses (rarely more than once per week), because results are stronger and longer lasting. It is not convenient, nor necessary, for patients to see a practitioner 2-3 times per week - and I will not ask you to do that. You can read more about this ancient form of acupuncture at <url removed>

I find that with Classical True Acupuncture, I can truly understand and address a patients current state of health - our bodies & energetic system provide so much information, if we only know how to understand it all.

Chinese Herbal Medicine is a superb compliment to acupuncture treatments, again, when necessary. It is better to understand a persons energetic disharmonies via acupuncture first, without having the herbs interfere with the pulses. Once this is established, herbs can be added with great results and I use only the highest quality of raw herbs that I can find (primarily sulfite free). More information about herbs can be found at <url removed>

And of course, please do not forget Cosmetic Acupuncture! Who wouldnt want to look 5-10 years younger after a series of natural, cost-effective, non-invasive treatments that takes care of the whole you?

Feeling great from the inside out is, indeed, a possibility!
