What makes a good therapist? According to a recent study by the University of Chicago, a good therapist is to have a strong formal education supported by a solid breadth of training and experience. I am a UCLA and Pepperdine graduate with degrees in Sociology and Clinical Psychology. In regards to training and experience, I received over 5 years of extensive training at Southern California Counseling Center and WBC in Mar Vista. Now I am able to provide all that I have learned and experienced to my private practice clients at a new upscale location on Larchmont Blvd in LA.
My education, training, and experience allow me to be an effective solution/insight focused therapist. I provide a multifaceted theoretical approach to helping my clients feel supported and empowered in uncovering and conquering personal life challenges. By intergrating complementary methodologies and techniques, I am able to provide a highly personalized experience.
