For over 10 years Debora Kristich RYT CYT has been studying and teaching yoga and has recently studied and received certification in Yoga Therapy.
Debora did her yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute then receiving Certification from the Institute. She is a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. In seeing that there was still more to offer to benefit her students’ lives she decided it was time to move on to more knowledge and healing techniques to help individuals on a one-on-one basis.
