Swedish Massage - Also know as relaxation massage, this technique uses long, flowing strokes to reduce stress, relieve pain, and increase circulation. This massage can be at any depth; light, medium or firm. If you've never had massage before, begin here. Now including hot towel and essential oil treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage - Used to relieve severe tension in muscle and connective tissue. Through slow strokes and deep pressure, chronic patterns of tension can be released. A Deep Tissue Massage will be more intense and less comfortable than a Swedish Massage, though pressure is always adjusted to the customer's needs. Now including hot towel and essential oil treatment.

Myofascial Release: The John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach is an effective hands-on technique that uses gentle sustained pressure to release restrictions in the Myofascial connective tissue. Myo(muscle) fascia(connective tissue system that surrounds and penetrates every muscle, bone, organ, etc in your body). Myofascial Release treats the body as a whole rather than just the area of the body that is producing symptoms or pain. 60 minutes~$70*

Couples Massage - Treat yourself to the ultimate date night experience. Change up your next date night with a couples massage! With massage tables side-by-side, you and your partner receive a one hour massage at the same time, by two different massage therapists. Couples massage need not only be for a romantic couple. Mother/daughter, sisters, or best friends can share this amazing experience! If you prefer, massages can be done in separate rooms, yet still at the same time. Cost~$120*

Pregnancy Massage - Also known as prenatal massage, is focused on relieving the stress, aches, and pains associated with the extra weight and physical changes that occur during pregnancy. Pillows and bolsters are used to ensure the mother-to-be is as comfortable as possible. Studies indicate that massage performed during pregnancy reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Hot Stone Massage - During this 90 minutes session, experience relaxation on a whole new level. Stones that are heated to 120-140 degrees are both placed on the body and used as an extension of the massage therapist's hands to create a one of a kind massage. Using heated stones is beneficial because it helps to soften the muscle tissue, allowing for a deeper relief without using deeper pressure. Because the stones are heated, it is very important to communicate with your massage therapist if the temperature is uncomfortable. 90 minutes~$100*

Chair massage - Perfect for employee appreciation day, community events, lady's night, and those who are pressed for time. 10-15 minute seated "mini session" focusing mainly on neck and back discomfort. Call for more details.
