Dr. Craig Jones is a Board Certified otolaryngologist serving Cape Cod. He treats all general Ear, Nose and Throat conditions and has a special interest in hearing and balance disorders. He did his surgical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and his residency at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

The practice is conveniently located in the Rogers Outpatient Center on the corner of route 28 and Industrial Drive in Mashpee. Upon visiting the office, patient's will notice a clean and comfortable waiting room which has been cleverly outfited with the Thomas Kinkade Disney Dreams Collection of artwork to appeal to patient's of all ages. The staff is welcoming and credit cards are welcome for co-pays.

Once in the clinical area, the exam rooms are quiet, spacious, bright, very clean and the seating is comfortable. The rooms afford a pleasant and surprisingly calming view while waiting to be seen. The exam equipment is new.

The practice features new and sophisticated diagnostic equipment including a hearing and vestibular lab to evaluate ear and balance disorders.

There is a very well designed patient portal that allows patients to update their health information online, check lab results online, make and reschedule appointments online and even communicate with the practice with electronic messaging.

For patient's coming from a distance, the practice is located within a mile of popular Cape Cod Destinations such as Mashpee Commons and SouthCape Village.
