Last year I fell over my garden's fence and landed on my hip. Within a few weeks, I forgot about the fall but noticed my tailbone was extremely tender. I thought back to anything that could have happened, remembered the fall, and went to my regular doctor. She gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and a doughnut pillow. I was 29 years old and couldn't sit without a doughnut - anywhere - without being in a lot of pain. By chance, I decided to go to my boyfriend's chiropractor (Doug) with him one day to see if he could help the stiffness in my shoulder. I didn't even mention the pain in my tailbone because I didn't think a chiropractor could help. Man was I wrong. Doug asked what was bothering me, I said my shoulders had been tense so that's what I was hoping he could help me with. He gave me a run down of the spine and mentioned something interesting about the hips and tailbone. (I know it sounds stupid but I exclaimed) "You can fix that?!!" I told him about the fall and he said he could get me back in line. He explained that I may need a follow up visit since I'd dealt with the injury for so long but that it was up to me and how I felt afterwards. He cracked me back into line and the relief was instantaneous! I thought at first that the pain would probably come back in a few minutes but it didn't. We got out to the car and I could sit comfortably. Took a two hour car ride without pain. Camped the whole weekend, four wheeled, all without pain. I went back the following week just for overkill - I really didn't want to ever feel that way again. I also wanted to thank him for what he did for me. Months of pain could have been averted if I had gone to him first instead of popping the pills my pcp gave me that didn't do anything to help. Don't let the soft spoken side of him fool you, he'll crack your back with the best of them!!! He's patient, kind, informative, a real regular guy that actually cares!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
