I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Dr.Culbertson is the very best chiropractor my family has ever used. He is unique in the fact that he is not a heavy-handed snap & crack chiropractor. His technique is functional and gentle and always produces good results. I work in the medical profession and in my circles, Dr. Culbertson was the ONLY chiropractor that would receive referrals from our neurosurgeons in the area due to his superior technique and knowledge base.
The best thing about him is that he does not insist you return 3 times per week for 6 weeks, etc. etc. He treats you and allows you to decide when and if you need to return. Usually my family's needs are met in ONE visit. We have been going to him for over ten years, and rarely did we ever have to return for a second visit to fully resolve the initial problem.
Only drawback is that he does not take insurance, but his rates are very reasonable. He is wonderful and down to earth. I highly recommend him.

Ned is by far my favorite chiropractor, he has helped me fully recover from my car accident. I will go out of my way to see him. And he has plenty of free parking located behind his office a nice bonus in the middle of West Chester.

When reviewing my family history, Ned disagreed with my sister's CVID diagnosis. It was completely irrelevant, but he insisted on arguing that she has Lyme disease, and kept spouting about how he is the formost Lyme expert in the county. When I disagreed and tried to change the subject (because the appointment was for ME, not my sister), he walked out of the exam room and turned off the light on me! I was dismissed before he even asked why I was there. Now that's quality care for you. Pompous jerk.
