They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I have serious back issues and the credit for my ability to be upright and able to lead a normal life goes 100% to Dr. Spertzel.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Dr. Spertzel is very kind and gentle in his treatment. He keeps me "tuned up" so I can function pain free dispute a bad back, neck and shoulders. He is a wonderful person and doctor.
