Schwartz is fantastic, his staff however are not. Usually I try to visit when the receptionist is not there but unfortunately today she was. As always she was rude and arrogant. Totally opposite to Schwartz.

I have yet to receive the police report promised to be mailed to my address from the insurerers.

She discussed this in front of other customers/patients. Then informed me that,: "WE cannot see you today, until u get the police report.

I suspect 'WE' consisted of herself and another female office worker.

She is unprofessional and needs training

I never made it to the office. The doctor may be great, but the person who answered the phone when I called was VERY unprofessional. I called about 11:55 a.m. to get some preliminary information and ask a few questions. The person who answered was curt and rushed. After a very brief conversation, she informed me she could not answer my questions over the phone because she was about to go to lunch. I will not be seeing this doctor because of the way I was treated as a potential new patient.

Neil Schwartz is a GREAT Chripractor. He is always able to answer my questions. His office is walkin with no appointment required and you never wait long. He makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, I didn't have to wait very long

The office was easy enough to find. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
