They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Ron Marshall is a crook. I made an appointment for a morning before work. It was crazy busy, so I waited about 45 minutes, only to see him for a 10 minute adjust. He said he new exactly what was wrong. 2 back cracks later he was saying I could pay up front. I told the receptionist that my back still hurt and she said it would be $65 and the next visit would be only $35. I called later saying I wasn't coming back, and yesterday I got a bill in the mail for an additional $80 for that same appointment. They think I'm going to pay $145 for one 10 minute session? I've spent $200 since then for e-rays, 8 adjustments, and great care from Olde Seville Chiropractics.
