Dr. Bastien is a blessing that helped me immensely after a snow shoveling mishap threw me out of whack. I occassionally go back to be adjusted and it feels great. Nice guy. Like him

I have been a patient of Dr Bastien's for at least 8 years. He is a very caring doctor, always gives advice on what I can do to prevent any aches and pains I expierence. My insurance does not cover Chiropractic care and Dr Bastien and Penny have always had an options for payment for me. Not only do I have no more pain after my adjustments, but I feel great afterward. I definitely always see a huge difference. They always get me right in when I am having any type of pain.

Dr. Bastien is an excellent chiropractor and a caring person.
I've been a patient of his for many years.
We moved to another state but still go back to his office when we visit here.
Have been to several chiropractors in our new location,but it's been hard to get equal results.
Since we live out of state we pay cash, but as I recall we never had any trouble
when we had an insurance policy with coverage (I rated insurance n/a because we lack recent experience with this). I recommend Dr. Bastien to anyone needing chiropractic care.

He actually said to me at my first visit that he did not care to hear about my symptoms or problems because he believe when he fixed what was wrong with my spine everything would fall in line. I told him anyway of my concerns about a rib being popped out and a bump in the back of my neck. About the bump, he actually said "well, you just probably never noticed it before" and he ignored the issue with the rib. He did a very generalized check of my spine and did a very standard adjustment to my back - I did not feel he actually check all of my spine, ribs, or neck to see my specific problems. The next few days I was in a lot of PAIN and my side was swelling up, when I called he said he would look at it, but charge me again. I went to my old chiropractor, who is now a great distance away, and was told that I had a rib popped out and a C3 out of place. I do not suggest going to see Tom Bastien if you have issues that require anything more than a simple adjustment that someone just out of school could make.
