I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

John Holland, D.C. talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. John Holland, D.C. definitely cares about their patients. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with John Holland, D.C.'s treatment! `

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. John Holland, D.C. is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
