They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
