They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
