The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. It took three years for doctors to figure out what was wrong with my neck and it only took him one appointment. He has called me to see how I am doing after a tough visit. This dr is one of a kind and after years of going to wrong places I am happy to be with someone who is superior in all he does.
