Dr. Root is wonderful. I was involved in a head-on crash that over time caused severe pain for me. After x-rays showed that my spine had twisted he got right to work on fixing me. In addition to my back pain, Dr. Root noted my elbow tendonitis and began working on it. I'm on a computer 8 hours a day for work and now I do it without pain. Dr. Root has me working in the yard again--all without pain! He is a wonderful chiropractor.

Kelly, his receptionist, is the kindest person I have ever met.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have been to other chiropractors and been satisfied by the diagnosis and treatment, but here I was truly impressed. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I never felt pressured to keep making follow-up appointments, but I also felt at ease to make appointments when I felt they were necessary.

Not really. I've been given a couple of tips but that's all

No

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle?
Absolutely! They were extremely careful

No, there weren't many to choose from

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
