The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was happy that a follow up appointment was based on an "as-needed" basis and NOT forced into multiple visits. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
