I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr. Vu and his staff are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. Dr. Vu is fast, but don't misjudge his quickness as an in & out kind of Dr., he is completely confident and GREAT at what he does! I had not been to a chiropractor before and was very apprehensive about being "cracked". Dr. Vu showed me on a model spine exactly what he does when he performs a re-alignment. After my first appointment I felt a lot better. I'm on my fifth appointment now and I feel incredible!
