They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
