They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The most impressive thing about the office is the atmosphere. One can actually FEEL the calmness and positive energy when entering. My pet becomes calm and relaxed in the setting as do most animals who come in. It is almost magical. Dr. Loeser is quite remarkable and actually listens to the owners as well as taking the time to introduce herself to the pet and allowing the animal to become a part of the examination. She is truly respectful of the pets demeanor when examining them. She is casual, but very professional and extremely knowledgable and her explanations are clear and concise.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
