I was very overwhelmed about vast amount of surgeons in the Las Vegas area and making sure that I made the right decision. After my first appointment with Dr. Alexander and his staff all my concerns were gone. I was incredibly satisfied with the office visits, the staff and especially the Doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable and made myself as well as my boyfriend feel incredibly at ease. I am unbelievable satisfied with my results and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon in the Las Vegas area.

Overall experience was incredible! Office is beautiful. Staff is amazing. Always kind, helpful, caring and patient. As for Dr. Alexander, I do not know where to begin. I felt very at ease and in safe hands during consultation and surgery. I am pleased with the results of my procedures and look forward to coming back in the future.

After coming across Dr. Alexander's name when searching for a doctor for my breast augmentation, I then saw his work and it looked great so I had to schedule an appointment. Up until that day I even had other plastic surgeons come to my workplace and talk about how good he was, which ended up being an understatement because I am 6 weeks post-op today and my boobs look PERFECT!! From the incision, to the size, and how they are positioned, everything. Once Dr. saw me he told me what size he thought was best for me and where he likes to insert the implant, he explained to me his reasons for doing so which made sense and made me feel even better about him as my doctor because he wasn't just doing it so he can get paid but he was looking out for my health and the best outcome post surgery. Surgery day everything went smooth and I wasn't even nervous b/c I knew I was in good hands. I listened to everything Dr said to do and I had no problems from the 1st day of surgery to now, 6 weeks later. I feel normal now and look Sooo good!! Its like a different life for the better. Huge thanks to his staff, sweetest, most helpful and prettiest girls i have seen in one doctors office! Thanks yall!

Dr. Alexander is absolutely AMAZING. He is a true artist. I could not have asked for a better doctor. From my first initial consultation he made me feel extremely comfortable, I knew I could trust him. We were very much on the same page. Dr. Alexander truly has a gift for what he does. He is passionate and cares a lot about his patients. Staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE, you will definitely feel part of their family. I feel so blessed that I was able to find Dr. Alexander and I could not be happier with the results. :).

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
