They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.
