They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. ....... %%%%> ALL THAT STUFF wa based off the questions. On a personal note: I've been a patient of Ms Kasaulinous for around 6 years. She is great! So knowledgable and friendly. She even gives her patient her cell phone number in case of emergencies. Her staff is excellent! I love Rebecca, she has gone above and beyond when my pharmacy messed up my prescription. I highly recommend Pathways to Healing...
